At Earth Elemental LLC, we handcraft each piece with care — from elegant framed ski resort trail maps and sturdy wood coasters to complex geometric crystal designs. Because every item is made to order using laser-cut wood, crystals, and quality materials, we pour time and intention into creating something truly unique for you.

Processing & Production Time

• All orders are made to order.
• Please allow 7–14 business days for production after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes design customization (e.g., specific ski resorts, crystal selections, or engraving), laser cutting, assembly, and finishing.
• We’ll send you an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping notification with tracking once your piece is ready to leave the studio.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via UPS for reliable, trackable delivery. Options at checkout may include:

• Standard Ground (most affordable)
• Priority / Expedited (faster delivery)

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We aim for transparent and fair rates.

Delivery Estimates (After Shipping)

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days for standard shipping; faster with Priority.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas: May take longer (up to 10+ days).

Note: Production + transit means most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks total, though we strive to beat these timelines when possible. Delays can occur during peak seasons (holidays, winter ski map demand) or supply issues with crystals/wood.

Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns or exchanges by request only within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., specific resort trail maps or crystal configurations) are non-returnable unless defective.
• Buyer pays return shipping.
• Contact us at info@earthelemental.com with your order number to request a return. We’ll provide instructions and may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit after inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Our packaging is designed to protect delicate crystals and framed items during transit.

• Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
